Rameau and his work

Rameau attends the wedding in Dijon of his brother, Claude-Bernard, to Marguerite Rondelet.         

Jean-Philippe and Claude-Bernard sign an agreement with Étienne de Finance (widower of their sister Élisabeth) regarding the affairs of Jean Rameau.

The two brothers settle their father's affairs on behalf of themselves and their brothers and sisters.            

Rameau returns briefly to Lyon. 

Payment to Rameau of 700 livres for a concert given at the Hôtel de Ville in Lyon.     

In Clermont-Ferrand Rameau signs a 29-year contract as organist of the cathedral.
